1 (No. 2) can diced pineapple
1 small pkg. marshmallows
1 small bottle maraschino
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
small can drained fruit
Mix drained pineapple, marshmallows, cocktail and
cherries. Let stand to soften. Make a dressing by combining 1
egg well beaten, 1 tablespoon flour, 3 tablespoons sugar and
juice from can of pineapple. Cook until thick. Let cool. Add
1 tablespoon vinegar. Mix dressing with salad. Last add the
