BACON HAMBURG STEW
6 slices bacon
1 1/2 lb. hamburg
2 c. water (approximately)
Fry bacon, not too brown. Break in pieces, do not
drain. Add hamburg. Cook until brown. Slice and layer
carrots, onions and potatoes on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
