CAMPFIRE DINNER BUNDLES

1 ring kielbasa, cut into 2
inch pieces
4 potatoes, chunked or two
cans whole potatoes
4 large carrots, sliced
lengthwise or 1 can carrots
1 onion, quartered
1 green pepper, sliced
(optional)
4 large sheets heavy duty
aluminum foil

Note: Spraying foil with Pam helps keep food from
sticking.
On each sheet of aluminum foil, divide ingredients into
portions. Bring up foil around food and double fold. Wrap
tightly. Cook over campfire on a rack for approximately 1/2 to
3/4 hour. Less time is needed for canned veggies. Turn
packages 2 or 3 times during cooking. May be done on charcoal
or gas grill. Serves 4.
