2 c. creamed corn
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 small jar pimentos
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Beat eggs well. Add all other ingredients except
cheese. Mix well, pour into casserole. Top with Cheddar
cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
