1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. raw)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. soy sauce
Brown hamburger and onion. Mix all ingredients. Put
into greased casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cover
with chow mein noodles last 10 minutes and bake uncovered.
