GROUND BEEF AND SPINACH CASSEROLE

1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (6 oz.) sour cream
oregano to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and drain beef. Saute
onion and mushrooms in butter. Defrost spinach and squeeze out
as much liquid as possible. Combine everything but cheese and
season to taste. Put in lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top
with grated cheese. Bake 1/2 hour until brown and bubbly.
Great company meal. Even spinach haters love it. Good with
tossed salad and garlic bread.
