1 loaf French Italian bread
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
5 slices sharp process cheese,

Cut loaf in half lengthwise. Combine all but cheese and
tomato slices. Spread evenly on each half loaf. Broil about 5
inches from heat for 12 minutes or until meat is done. Top
with tomato and cheese slices. Broil 1 to 2 minutes just until
cheese begins to melt.
