1 lb. can sauerkraut, wash and
8 oz. noodles
1 small can mushrooms with
1 large onion, chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
Boil sauerkraut in salted water 1 hour; drain. Set
aside. Cook and drain noodles. Fry onions; add mushrooms and
juice and 1/2 stick butter. Butter 8 x 10-inch Pyrex pan.
Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 kraut and 1/2 mushrooms and onion mix.
Add rest of ingredients. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at
