1 lb. uncooked macaroni
2 lb. extra sharp cheese
1/2 c. margarine
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk

Cook macaroni as directed on box. Prepare cheese sauce,
melt 1/2 cup butter in saucepan. Add flour to thicken. Add
milk to butter and flour. Heat to thicken. Once mixture
starts to become thick, add cheese and melt. Pour over macaro-
ni and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
