1 1/2 c. drained crushed
pineapple (1 lb. 4 oz. can)
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
(B & M baked beans)
1 lb. frankfurters, sliced
into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Drain pineapple well. Combine pineapple with remaining
ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Bake in a preheated oven
at 350 degrees for an hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
