1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 lb. beef stew meat
1/4 c. oil

1 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
large onion
3 carrots (more if desired)
3 potatoes (more if desired)

Use a large kettle or slow cooker. Coat beef stew meat
with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Chop onions and
add to meat. Mix together the sauce and pour over meat. Add
cut up carrots and potatoes and simmer until the potatoes and
carrots are tender.
