1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. lasagne or wide noodles
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 3/4 lb. Mozzarella
cheese, sliced or grated

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water, following package
directions. Drain when done. While noodles are cooking, brown
ground beef and pour off grease. Combine meat and spaghetti
sauce. In 9 x 13-inch pan, alternate layers of noodles,
cottage cheese, sauce, Parmesan and Mozzarella. Repeat with
second layer starting with noodles. Spread Mozzarella on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Allow to set for 15 minutes for
easier cutting.
Note: May also be cooked in microwave on High power for
15 minutes or until bubbling throughout.
