1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. (15 oz.) Ricotta
cheese or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
about 8 lasagna noodles,
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese,
thinly sliced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Crumble beef and cook in large glass bowl. Cook High 2
to 3 minutes or until beef is browned, stir and drain. Stir in
spaghetti sauce, oregano, basil and garlic. Combine cottage
cheese, egg and pepper in separate bowl. In a 2 quart, oblong
baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce. Alternating, layer: noo-
dles, cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese, sauce, forming 2
layers. Cook, covered with plastic wrap at High for 8 minutes
and 50% (Medium) for 30 to 32 minutes or until noodles are
tender. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and let stand 10
