PIZZA

2 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water, add the rest and let stand
5 minutes. Grease 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan and press crust on
bottom and up sides. Top with:
1 can pizza sauce
1 1/2 lb. cheese (1 lb.
Mozzarella and 1/2 lb.
Cheddar)
3 Italian sausages, sliced
1/2 pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. mushrooms, drained
some ripe olives
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
