1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Minute rice
3 lb. fryer chicken
Cut chicken into pieces. Mix milk with the three soups.
Put in greased pan in layers with rice, chicken and soup
mixture. Can top with bread crumbs, if desired. Bake 3 hours
at 275 degrees uncovered.
