CHICKEN AND TURKEY CASSEROLE

4 c. cooked rice
3 c. cooked and boned
chicken, cut in large
pieces (or turkey)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 medium onion, diced
1 (20 3/4 oz.) can cream of
mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of
chicken soup
2 Tbsp. diced pimento
1/2 can milk to fill the 10
3/4 oz. can of soup

Mix soups and milk and stir well until smooth. Add
remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased casse-
role. Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 8.
