1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 carrot, sliced
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
2/3 c. dry rice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Brown ground beef, carrot, onions and celery. Add cream
of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and can of water; add
dry rice and soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
