EGG AND HAM BRUNCH 6 to 7 slices bread, cubed 1 lb. precooked ham or bacon, diced 1/2 lb. cheese (Cheddar, Colby or Mozzarella) 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 lb. margarine or butter, melted Grease 9 x 13-inch pan lightly. Put cubed bread in bottom of pan. Next, put the diced ham or bacon. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix together beaten eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over ham and bread mix. Then pour margarine over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover the next day and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting or else spoon onto plates.
