CABBAGE ROLLS 1 head cabbage 1 to 2 lb. ground beef salt 2 to 3 eggs tomato sauce onions rice pepper sauerkraut Boil head of cabbage until done. Cut off head. In a large bowl mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, rice, eggs and tomato sauce. Roll in cabbage leaves. Place in pan. Cover with sauerkraut. Add a little water. Place in 350 degrees preheated oven for 1 to 2 hours until done.
