STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS|
4 medium green peppers
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 c. shredded cheese
Halve green peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and wash.
Lightly mix beef, rice, salt, pepper and 1 cup Hunt's sauce.
Spoon into pepper halves, top with cheese, arrange in shallow
baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover and
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
