1 box large shells
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Brown meat with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain well.
Mix cheese with egg and add meat. Stuff into cooked shells.
Pour 1/4 sauce on bottom of pan, place shells on sauce, cover
shells with rest of sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
