FETTUCINE CARBONARA

1 pkg. fettucine (choice)
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sweet butter
1/2 pkg. bacon
1 c. Romano cheese

Begin preparing fettucine according to package direc-
tions. Fry bacon and drain. In a saucepan melt the butter.
Add the heavy cream. Don't boil. Add both cups of cheeses
stirring constantly. Depending on how fast mixture is heating,
you may need to add more cream. Drain fettucine and place in a
bowl. Pour sauce over fettucine and sprinkle with bacon.
Serve immediately.
