SWEET AND SOUR PORK

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch
pieces

Sweet and Sour Sauce for Pork:
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. catsup
dash of pepper sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 c. pineapple chunks
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges

Soak pork in the other ingredients for 30 minutes. Dry
in cornstarch and fry in oil.
Sweet and Sour Sauce for Pork: Bring pineapple juice,
catsup, pepper sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce to a
boil, simmer 1/2 minute. Add chopped peppers, chopped onions,
tomatoes and pineapple chunks. Cook 1 minute over high heat;
add 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch, stirring until
thickened. Cook 1 minute more until sauce is hot and thick.
