HAMBURGER QUICHE

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
salt, garlic salt to taste
1 pie shell
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
parsley flakes
evaporated milk
shredded Longhorn or Cheddar
cheese (a handful)

Brown shell in oven. Brown hamburger in skillet with
the onion, peppers, salt and garlic salt. Drain. Mix into the
hamburger the flour, egg and cheese. Pour into browned pie
shell. Pour evaporated milk just until you start seeing it
come up. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top and bake in 350 degrees oven
for 30 to 45 minutes until milk is set.
