CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken, cooked
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cook broccoli until
almost tender, then drain thoroughly. Blend mayonnaise, lemon
juice and soup. Arrange broccoli in dish, top with chicken,
cover with sauce, sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and top
with cheese. Heat in 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes or until topping
