2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic (optional)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
salt and pepper
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Drain off fat. Add
sauce and seasoning mix. Heat well. Line bottom of pan (9 x
13 x 2-inches) with tortillas, then add meat mixture. Add soup
