1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp. minced onions
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
2 chicken breasts
Steam chicken and debone; cut in pieces. Mix soup,
chicken, celery, onions, mayonnaise and almonds. Place mixture
in casserole dish, sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at
400 degrees for 15 minutes.
