CEDRIC'S CASSEROLE (Serves 6)
1 medium onion, chopped in 3
Saute onion. Add heating through, but not browning:
1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Spread in 2-quart baking dish 3 cups coarsely shredded
cabbage. Cover with 3 more cups shredded cabbage. Pour over
top 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour,
