2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 1/3 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
2 qt. tomato juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 green pepper

Coat 3-quart baking dish with the oil and remaining
ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir twice.
Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes.
