1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (any
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. milk

Beat eggs; add salt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce,
onion and milk. Layer sausage, bread and cheese in 9 x 13-inch
baking dish. Pour egg and milk mixture over layers. Refriger-
ate overnight. Place dish in pan of water; bake in moderately
slow oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
