1 pkg. frozen lima beans,
cooked and drained
1 pkg. frozen French style
green beans, cooked and
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms,
1/4 c. blanched almonds
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 strips bacon, diced and
1/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
Brown mushrooms and almonds; add to beans. Melt butter
and flour to make a smooth paste. Add milk; let thicken. Add
salt, onion salt and mustard; pour over vegetables. Top with
