WEST OF THE PECOS
2 lb. ground meat
chopped onion or flakes
1 large can sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. Lea & Perrins
salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can creamed corn
1 can tomatoes and green
1 medium pkg. noodles, cooked
Brown in large skillet, meat, onion, green pepper,
mushrooms, chili powder, Lea and Perrins, salt and pepper. Add
tomato soup, creamed corn, tomatoes and green chilies and
noodles. Cook 30 minutes. Place in casserole. Cover with
