LASAGNA

8 slices lasagna noodles
2 lb. ground beef, seasoned
with salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 pkg. thick homemade style
spaghetti mix, prepare
according to directions
2 pkg. sliced Mozzarella
cheese

Brown meat and onions; drain excess fluid. Prepare
lasagna according to directions on box. Using a 9 x 13-inch
pan or a lasagna (9 x 15-inch) pan, start by placing a layer of
noodles, then meat, spaghetti mix, grated cheese and a layer of
Mozzarella cheese. Add a second layer in same order. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
