2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed
cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Cook broccoli, drain. Arrange in greased 11 1/2 x
7 1/2-inch casserole. Place chicken on top. Combine soup,
mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken and
sprinkle with cheese and crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
