1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. raw regular rice
1 2/ c. tomato juice
2 c. diced zucchini
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano

In skillet brown sausage and rice. Cook until pink
leaves meat and rice is golden. Drain. Stir in tomato juice,
chopped pepper, onion and garlic. Add zucchini. Cover and
simmer until done. May be sprinkled with Parmesan cheese or
chili pepper.
