2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
2 c. diced franks (about 5)
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
1 can condensed cream of
chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. cooked noodles
3/4 c. grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In butter in skillet, saute onion
and pepper until tender. Add franks, curry, salt, soup,
noodles, then 1/2 cup cheese. Turn into a 2 quart casserole.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
