3 slices bacon, cut in half
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. water
1 c. cooked rice
2 slightly beaten eggs
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Stir-fry
onion in bacon drippings for 2 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry
for 8 minutes. Add soy sauce, water and bacon. Reduce heat to
medium-low and pour eggs on top of rice mixture. Stir-fry for
4 minutes until egg is cooked. Reduce heat to low until ready
to serve. Very good with pepper steak.
