(One Dish Meal)
2 large onions
1 thin slice ham
2 large green peppers
1 pt. tomatoes
1/4 c. butter
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cut onion, pepper and ham very fine; fry in butter.
Season and add rice and tomatoes; bake for 30 minutes in 350 degrees
