BARLEY BURGER STEW|
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 1/4 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. barley, uncooked
Brown meat and onions. Drain excess fat. Add remaining
ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer
about an hour.
