PORK CHOP RICE 4 pork chops 2 1/4 c. chicken broth (or bouillon cubes) 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1 c. long grain rice 1 large orange, sectioned or 11 oz. Mandarin Brown chops well. Remove chops from skillet; pour off fat. Add broth, onion, salt and pepper to skillet. Add rice. Heat to boiling. Stir in baking dish. Top with chops and orange sections. Cover; bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
