2 (22 oz.) cartons Hunts
tomato sauce or equivalent
1/4 lb. mushrooms
2 lb. approximately lean
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
chopped onion, as desired, 1/4
to 1/2 c.
Brown hamburger; drain. Add tomato sauce, paste and
remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, covered, stirring
occasionally for 1 to 2 hours until thickened and it tastes
just right. Serve with warm garlic bread. Pour over cooked
