PORK CHOP DINNER|
6 pork chops
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. rice
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes or
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Brown chops in hot fat. Add onion and green pepper.
Drain off excess fat. Put tomatoes in this. Sprinkle rice
around chops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook
over low heat for 1 hour. Remove chops and arrange on platter.
Fill center with rice mixture. Serves 6.
