3 slices bacon
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 eggs
whole chicken, cooked
1 c. cooked rice

Fry bacon and leave drippings in pan. Cook bell pepper
and onion in drippings and when almost done, add eggs, well
beaten. Crumble bacon and combine with rice, chicken, onions,
bell peppers and eggs. Place in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees
for about 25 minutes.
