CORN BREAD DRESSING|
cornbread (for 6 people)
hoe cake (for 6 people)
1 c. onion
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. poultry seasoning
4 to 6 boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter, melted
Crumble cornbread and hoe cake together; moisten with
broth. Add remaining ingredients. The amount of broth depends
on how soft you desire. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake
at 350 degrees until brown, about 25 minutes.
