3 lb. chop meat
5 cloves garlic, smashed or
1 bottle chili sauce
1 small bottle ketchup
1/2 can chili powder
Tabasco sauce to taste
2 cans kidney beans (optional)
Brown beef and garlic; drain thoroughly. Add chili
sauce, ketchup, chili powder, Tabasco for hot chili and cook on
low flame for 40 minutes. Add kidney beans. Serve with rice or
