LOBSTER STEW 1 lb. picked lobster meat 7 oz. crab meat 1 stick butter 1 c. fine cracker crumbs 1 onion, peeled and cut in half salt paprika cayenne or white pepper 2 qt. milk 1 pt. heavy cream Saute meat in butter slowly, then add cracker crumbs. Scald the milk with the onion in it, remove onion and discard. Add milk to lobster and crumbs. Add seasonings to taste. Add cream just before serving.
