2 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. diced Prosciutto or bacon
1 bunch broccoli, bite-size
2 sliced green and red
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. linguine
In skillet saute vegetables and Prosciutto in oil. Set
aside. Combine sour cream and egg yolk and beat until smooth.
Prepare pasta. Drain. Pour melted butter over pasta. Combine
all ingredients in skillet over low flame and stir until
blended. Serve. Top with Parmesan cheese and black pepper to
