GRACE'S COLD PASTA|
1 lb. fusilli pasta
1 c. chopped scallion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. fennel seed
3/4 c. olive oil
Prepare pasta; drain and refrigerate. Dice tomatoes and
mix with pasta. Add scallions, garlic, basil, fennel seed and
oil. Refrigerate 1/2 hour or longer. Serve cold.
