3 to 4 boneless chicken
1 pkg. shredded Swiss, Cheddar
or Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can mushrooms
Cook chicken breasts in 1/4 cup oil in frying pan about
15 minutes, turning over once. Cut cooked chicken into bite-
size pieces. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Spread
slightly thawed broccoli in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spread
mushrooms evenly over broccoli. Spread chicken over broccoli.
Pour soup into 2 cup container, adding enough milk to make 2
cups of liquid. Mix gently and pour over chicken and broccoli.
Place in preheated 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese
on top and cook additional 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with white
