1 1/2 lb. shrimp
4 large cloves garlic
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preheat broiler. Crush garlic. Melt butter; add all
ingredients except parsley at the end of 5 to 8 minutes until
shrimp are pink. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon
